3D Service Pricing:

General Notes on Pricing & Contracts:

1. Prices are generalized for comparison and may vary depending on the project complexity.
2. Detailed accounting of incurred hours will be provided at final billing cycle.
3. 30% of agreed price is due up front at the time of order (after receipt of order = ARO).
4. Balance of agreed price is due upon delivery of the project (image, video, drawings) to customer site or 30 days ARO whichever occurs first..
5. ShadowLight, Inc. reserves the right to renegotiate the contract due to, but not limited to, increased complexity or demands by the customer.
6. Satisfaction is guaranteed, but item (5) above may apply in some instances.
7. Price breaks may be provided up front based on our project load.
8. Estimated hours will be quoted directly to the customer. A signed copy must be returned with the agreed delivery date and the 30% down payment received at our site before work will begin.
9. ShadowLight, Inc. retains the right to use all images, models, texture maps, video, or drawings generated for advertising and promotion of our business, unless agreed upon in writing up front.
10. We welcome Time & Material type work!
11. We can also visit your factory or office on request (charges may apply if agreed upon based on travel distances & required expenses).
